We opened because we were frustrated with the alternative: limited variety in styles and materials, cheap imported low-quality products sold at massive markups, shipped from a warehouse no one visits or even feels the materials... It's all upside down and the consumer is getting low-quality cheap imported mass-produced products, no real selection or design (maybe you get 5-6 choices), at massive markups from faceless algorithms and mega-warehouse operations. You pay for the infrastructure, not the actual product.
So, Olivia had an idea: what if we could just make the shades/curtains/blinds here with beautiful designs/fabrics/materials, and not make millions at once... make them as we need to restock our small inventory so we can actually feel and touch everything before it ships. We will never have a mega warehouse or faceless algorithms pushing you to one choice or another. Olivia's promise is this: beautiful designs, high-quality materials and fabrics, made here in the USA at surprisingly affordable prices. We'll even do custom design work for you and will still charge the same affordable prices as our existing products (yes, that's right no custom-markup or fee or whatever).
What kinds of products do we carry?
Simple, only things that are well-made. Things that will hold up. Things where you can understand how they were produced and when we make window treatments, we make them here in the USA.
We do not carry anything with planned obsolescence built in, anything that exists only to be photographed, or anything where the margin only works if the maker is underpaid. We believe in fair prices for high-quality products. Period. Anything else is just corporate double-speak Olivia doesn't do that.
Returns
We want our customers to be happy. We accept returns within 30 days for items in original condition. Items made to order are final sale. See the full return policy at the bottom of each product page.
